Volunteer Help

We have a significant volunteer shortage and are in need of YOUR HELP!  There are many ways to volunteer that are no contact and easily done by the vulnerable population:

Preparing Food for Dinner Together or Ordering Take—Out  – Safe for the Vulnerable Population

• The fourth Thursday we feed approximately 120 individuals
• Every other Saturday, we feed approximately 30 individuals
• Time Element:  4:00 – 6:00
• Limited contact on site, but food can easily be prepared at home and delivered with no contact.

Serving dinner on site – Recommended for those not in the vulnerable population.

• Time Element : 4:30 – 6:00
• All social distancing and mask requirements are practiced at all times.

Delivering Meals – Safe for the Vulnerable Population

• The fourth Thursday
• Time Element 4:30-5:30
• No contact, food is packed and taken in cars to a mapped route and at each stop, the “ding, dong, ditch” practice of ringing the doorbell and leaving the food outside the door is practiced.
