WORSHIP WITH US
Sunday at 11 am
Prayer and worship form the basis of Front Royal Presbyterian Church. We offer a range of services and opportunities to participate. Our calendar includes time allotted for prayer, sermons, and personal reflection, as well as guided Bible study.
STUDY WITH US
For generations upon generations, the Presbyterian Church (USA) has taken study and the reading of the Word as an critical portion of our faith development and our life of service. The Front Royal Presbyterian Church believes this as well.
John Calvin believed that "Scripture is the lens through which we see God" and as we seek to understand God's will for us in this world, we must pray that the Holy Spirit might guide and direct us in reading and studying His Word.
We invite you to join our many opportunities to study, praise, learn and rejoice in who God has created us to be.
Children are invited to all worship services as well as to join the Children's Worship held in the Church Parlor.
The Children's Worship program is a child centered worship program that teaches how to worship, why we worship and allows the children to have fun in an age appropriate setting.
There is also a nursery available that is staffed with a professional caregiver each Sunday.
Serving the Front Royal Community
Front Royal Presbyterian Church is a community of faith rooted in the love of God. We believe worship is not just found in prayer, it’s something expressed in everything we do. Our philosophy is deeply rooted in the Holy Scriptures, life’s only guidebook. Come and join us to experience God’s grace for yourself. There’s a special place for you at our welcoming Front Royal church.
“This church is the pillar and stable foundation of truth, because in it soundeth the voice of the Son of God.”
Who We Are
Pastor Carrie comes to Front Royal Presbyterian having served churches in Richmond, Charlotte and Warrenton. She is a graduate of James Madison University and Union Theological Seminary and has a passion for preaching the Word and local mission work.
Her favorite Bible verse is : Isaiah 40:30
"Even youth faint and grow weary, and the young will fall exhausted; but those who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint."
